Sue Weiner, BSN, MHA -
Practice Administrator
Sue Weiner joined the FLHO team in 2009. She had
worked as an oncology nurse at UPMC in
Pittsburgh and at the Wilmot Cancer Center in
Rochester. Sue received her BSN from the
University of Pittsburgh and her masters in
Health Care Administration from Robert Wesleyan
College. |

Sandra Saltzer, RN, MS, OCN
- Administration
Sandy has been with FLHO since the practic began in October
2002. Prior to that she was Department Director of
Finger Lakes Community Cancer Center, an outpatient
department of Clifton Springs Hospital since 1991 and
became certified in oncology nursing in 1995. She
received her BS in nursing from SUNY Plattsburgh and a
Masters in Psychology from Georgia State
University. |

Kelly - Clinical Trials Data Manager
Kelly started at FLHO in 2003 after working at Clifton Springs Hospital for six
years. Her main responsibility at FLHO is working with the providers to enroll
and follow patients in clinical research studies. Kelly also works as a medical
secretary and medical assistant. |

Sharon – Receptionist and Medical
Secretary
Sharon has been with FLHO since its inception in 2002. Prior to that she was
employed by Clifton Springs Hospital for 7 years. She has a degree in
secretarial science from RIT. |

Katrina - Billing Coordinator
Katrina has been working in the medical field since 1997 and has been with FLHO
since 2002. She has an Associates Degree from Finger Lakes Community College. |

Michelle - Billing
Specialist
Michelle joined FLHO in 2009.
She received her B.A. in Nutrition Management
from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1994.
Michelle coordinated the nutrition program for
four years at SPCC Finger Lakes WIC. For the
last 12 years, she has been in involved in
patient accounting and billing. Michelle is also
an adjunct instructor at the Everest Institute
in Rochester, where she teaches coding and
billing.

Amy - Medical
Secretary for Dr. Stephen M. Ignaczak
Amy joined FLHO in March of 2010. Amy will be
graduating from St. John Fisher College with a degree
in Communication/Journalism. |

Susan - Medical Assistant
Susan joined FLHO in May of 2003. She is a medical assistant working with
the doctors and nurses in the treatment area. In addition, Susan has volunteered since 1997 at her local fire department as a fire fighter and emergency medical technician (EMT). |

Jolene - Medical Secretary for Dr. Bruce
A. Yirinec
Jolene has been with FLHO since March of 2006 as the medical secretary for Dr.
Yirinec. Prior to this, she worked as a secretary for Finger Lakes Radiology at Clifton Springs Hospital. |

Lori - Medical Assistant
Lori graduated from Bryant and Stratton as a Certified Medical Assistant in
1994. After college she joined the Finger Lakes Community Cancer Center and joined FLHO in 2002 when it transitioned from FLCCC. She also works for Clifton Springs Hospital in the Emergency Department.
Lori is attending school to obtain her RN degree. |
