Dr. Stephen M. Ignaczak (pronounced "ig-NAY-zhak") is Board-Certified in Hematology, Medical Oncology, and Internal Medicine. He completed his MD at Hahnemann University School Medicine and his residency at Case Western Reserve's University Hospital of Cleveland. He completed his Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Ignaczak has held a faculty appointment as a Senior Instructor in Medicine at the University of Rochester. He has held several professional hospital and administrative appointments in medical facilities across the western NY and Finger Lakes region. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Ontario County Medical Society. He practiced hematology/oncology at Clifton Springs Hospital's Finger Lakes Community Cancer Center from 1996 to 2002. In 2002, he and Dr. Yirinec started FLHO, where they continue their practice today.

Dr. Bruce A. Yirinec (pronounced "UR-in-ik") is Board-Certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology, and Internal Medicine. He completed his MD at Dartmouth Medical School and his residency at the University of Virginia. He completed his hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of Virginia and the University of Rochester.

Dr. Yirinec has held a position as Adjunct Senior Instructor in Medicine at the University of Rochester. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Ontario County Medical Society. He practiced hematology/oncology at Clifton Springs Hospital's Finger Lakes Community Cancer Center from 1995 to 2002. In 2002 he and Dr. Ignaczak started FLHO, where they continue their practice today.
