Lisa Sangiacomo, RN, OCN - Nurse Manager
Lisa is a 1980 graduate of Crouse Irving Memorial School
of Nursing. Prior to joining FLHO, she was a
medical/surgical nurse manager at Geneva General
Hospital and Clifton Springs Hospital. In
addition to her nurse manager responsibilities at FLHO,
she works as a per diem nursing supervisor at Clifton
Springs Hospital and Clinic. |

Ellen Agnello, RN
Ellen has worked at FLHO (formally FLCCC) as a per diem RN since 1998. She has
BS and MS degrees in biological sciences and an AAS in nursing. Ellen is also
an adjunct faculty lecturer in Anatomy and Physiology at Finger Lakes Community
College. |

Bernadine Doan, RN, BSN, OCN
Bernie is a 1977 graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College with a BSN and received
her OCN in 1996. Her nursing background includes oncology, endoscopy, burn
unit, emergency room, ICU and pediatrics. She joined Finger Lakes Community
Cancer Center in 1991 and FLHO in 2002. |

Ileen Lemcke, RN, OCN
Ileen has worked at FLHO since its inception in 2002 . She has worked in
oncology at Clifton Springs Hospital since 1991, becoming an Oncology Certified
Nurse in 1996. |

Deborah
Snyder, RN, BSN
Deb graduated from Keuka College in 1977 with a BSN.
Since 2001 she has worked in several area medical facilities, including Clifton Springs Hospital, as a medical-surgical nurse. She currently works per diem at both Clifton Springs Hospital and FLHO. |

Denise Eck Tyler, RN, BSN
Denise attended Keuka College where she graduated with a BS in nursing. She
worked in Penn Yan at Soldiers and Sailors Hospital for one-and-a-half years before coming
to Clifton Springs Hospital where she worked as a medical-surgical nurse and
completed the hospital chemotherapy certification. In 1994 Denise began working
in the OR as well as the Finger Lakes Community Cancer Center. In 1999 she took
a full time position at the cancer center (now known as Finger Lakes Hematoloy
and Oncology since 2002) and continues to work there today. In her spare time
she also works as a Public Health Nurse for Yates County.

Janet S. Untiedt, RN
Janet is a 1987 graduate from Finger Lakes Community College. She worked at
Clifton Springs Hospital since 1987 both as a staff nurse and nurse manager
on the medical-surgical unit. Janet received her chemotherapy certification
from Clifton Springs Hospital and in the mid '90s joined the cancer center
as an oncology nurse and later as the nurse manager. She continued in that
position for FLHO until 2005 when she returned to her role as oncology
nurse. |
