Directions to FLHO

• Take NYS Thruway (Route 90) Exit 43: Manchester - Palmyra - NY Route 21. Driving time to FLHO from this point is about 10 minutes.
• After the toll plaza, bear right onto Route 21.
• Move immediately into the left lane to turn left at the next light onto Route 96 south (east).
• Follow Route 96 for approximately 4.4 miles. Turn right onto CR-25 (County Route)/Kendall Road. There will be a small shopping plaza on your right at the intersection.
• Follow CR-25/Kendall Road for approximately 0.6 miles to the stop sign at West Main Street. Turn left onto W. Main St. (CR-13)
• Follow W. Main St. for approximately 0.3 miles past the main shopping district. Look for the blue "H" hospital sign, and take the first right after the large red brick "Spa Apartments" building onto the hospital grounds.
• Go straight back to the Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic parking lot.
• The entrance to Finger Lakes Hematology & Oncology is the set of double glass doors to the left of Finger Lakes Radiation Oncology.

• Take NYS Thruway (Route 90) Exit 42: Geneva.
• After the toll plaza, turn right at traffic signal onto Route 14 South.
• Almost immediately, bear right onto Route 96 North toward Phelps.
• Stay on Route 96 through Phelps. Bear left at the Y, following hospital signs and Clifton Springs signs.
• As you come into town on W. Main St., you'll go down a hill. Follow the blue hospital sign and turn left onto the hospital grounds before going into the business district.
• Go straight back to the Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic parking lot.
• The entrance to Finger Lakes Hematology & Oncology is the set of double glass doors to the left of Finger Lakes Radiation Oncology.
